You won't need the luck 'o the Irish to make this traditional Irish Soda Bread. Just a little buttermilk!  It is not too sweet, but it is peppered with juicy, chewy raisins that make it perfect eaten warm, cold or toasted with butter.  Mark it with a cross and you have the perfect traditional soda bread! Hand crafted in small batches in Ailey, GA.
